Fee Cancellation Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Divyansh Ayurveda Foundation. We want you to be satisfied with our services and understand that sometimes circumstances change. This Fee Cancellation Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancelling fees and issuing refunds.
Cancellation of Fees
If you wish to cancel your fees, please contact us at divyanshpanchkarma@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% percentage of the fee, whichever is greater.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your fees in accordance with our cancellation policy, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service and are charged a cancellation fee, the refund will be for the remaining amount after deducting the cancellation fee.
If we are unable to provide the service for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of the scheduled service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 3 days of the service to discuss the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if a refund is warranted, we will issue it within 14 days of resolution.
Exceptions
There may be circumstances where we are unable to issue a refund. These include but are not limited to:
Services that have already been provided
Services that have already begun and cannot be rescheduled
Services that have been cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or natural disasters
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update this Fee Cancellation Refund Policy at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website or by email.
